Overview
Position: Body Shop Estimator / VDA Location: Wigan Salary: £30,000 Working Hours: Mon to Fri 7am-5pm Hours: 40 hours per week / Sat on rota Our client is seeking an Estimator to join their already successful team. You will be working at their Stockton-on-tees workshop. Body shop Estimator Responsibilities: · Meet and greet all customers entering the site · Repair estimates and keeping customers up to date with approximate prices, competition times and method of payment. · Promote brand repair programmes · To obtain authority from customers and insurance companies · Monitor progress in the body shop to ensure promised delivery times are met and to ensure the right repair method is being undertaken · Create invoices and take payments for work carried out · Correspond with Technicians regarding repairs · Ensure customers are satisfied throughout The Ideal Body shop Estimator: · Previous Motor trade/Body shop experience is essential · Customer service skills · Full UK Drivers licence
