Overview

IAM Analyst / Identity & Access Management Analyst (One Identity) The successful candidate will be responsible for performing IAM BAU operational processes and governance within Technology, to support internal customers and satisfy audit requirements. The position will support the delivery of architecture, design and delivery of identity and access management solutions, many of which will be integrated with other business or cybersecurity initiatives. The IAM Analyst will collaborate with project managers, application owners and support team leaders to ensure IAM policies and processes enable business excellence and support core business objectives. Principle Accountabilities: - To support the development and ongoing maintenance of IAM services based-on One Identity products Active Roles Server and Identity Manager. - To work closely with our other Technology teams on integrating IAM services with Technology and business systems to increase efficiency through automation. - Develop technical knowledge and share with appropriate teams the operational procedures of One Identity- Active Roles Server and One Identity- One Identity Manager. - Involvement with Identity Management initiatives such as Single Sign On (SSO) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), to ensure security and business processes are in line with industry best practice. Required Skills & Experience: - 3 years experience with IAM and security. - MUST HAVE experience with One Identity Manager and preferably similar experience of Active Roles Server. - Knowledge of various features in IAM deployment and infrastructure components involved therein e.g. Provisioning, Workflows, Connectors, Self-Service Features, SSO, Federation, Reverse Proxy, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, Directory Servers, Application Servers, Web Servers. - Experience of managing and integrating with Microsoft systems (on-premise and cloud), such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office, SharePoint, etc. - Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security procedures and technologies, including experience with key IAM methodologies and technologies SSO, ACL, PAM and RBAC.
