Overview

Immediately Available HR Assistant needed for a global media company in Central London. Your new company You will be working for a global media company in Central London. Your new role You will be working as a HR Assistant for an initial 9 month period however there is scope for this role to become permanent. This role plays a key role in their London office supporting their UK People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Culture teams to deliver their global people strategy. Some responsibilities will include: On-boarding of employees -Off-boarding of employees First point of contact for HR queries -Supporting the handling of ER activity including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies etc. Recruitment -Collating payroll information for the outsourced provider Benefits administration What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR administrative role. You will also have some experience with recruitment. Ideally you will be fluent in Italian however this is not essential. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive an annual salary of between £27,000 - £30,000 depending on previous experience.
