Overview
Activities Co-ordinator based at Bradbury Grange, Whitstable. Available Hours: Permanent - Part Time - 18 hours per week. Commutable from Faversham, St Nicholas At Wade, Fordwich and surrounding areas. Looking to use your skills to benefit older people in a homely environment? We are currently recruiting for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents. In conjunction with the senior team, you will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating. Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential. Situated on the Whitstable sea front in Kent, Bradbury Grange Care Home provides residential care for up to 50 older people within stunning grounds.
