Overview

An immediate opportunity for a 1st Line Support Technician has presented itself in Lincoln. My client are an industry leader in their sector and have a user network of 1000 strong. You will report to the Helpdesk Manager and Senior Infrastructure Engineers. Resolving complex tickets and providing a base for escalations whilst demonstrating excellent support to internal users will be a large part of your role. You will have the opportunity to visit various sites and get involved in exciting Office 365 projects and migrations. Ultimately, you will receive extensive training and a clear path of career progression but a good technical background is required.
