Overview
A global leisure business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements for multiple entities on a quarterly and annual basis. You will also look at current procedures, making improvements to ensure accurate reporting. Main duties include: -Preparing the group consolidated and subsidiary statutory accounts -Developing and executing a year end plan for submission of year end results -Preparing the groups quarterly and annual reports for presentation to investors and other stakeholders -Ensuring accounting for acquisitions and assisting with post transaction integration You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience of preparing consolidated financial statements and good knowledge of IFRS.
