Client Biller ASAP Start Salary: 27k-32k A highly successful media agency are currently looking to recruit a Client Biller. Working closely with the senior finance and operations team this role is key within the business. Offering real opportunities to develop and progress this role is an exciting position within a world leading agency.You will have some experience working with high volume data processing and a keen eye for detail. Client Biller Responsibilities: Ensure all production and fee billing is completed accurately, on a timely basis and in-line with agreed billing schedules and contractual agreements Minimising accrued income, by liaising with the business, clients and Management Accountants to promptly resolve billing issues Authorising all production costs and job related expenses, ensuring all costs are recoverable from clients Tracking production spend against agreed budgets highlighting potential overspends to the relevant production teams Ownership of all jobs in your client portfolio, ensuring all jobs are progressing through the job lifecycle, being billed, reconciled and closed Liaising with the Commercial team to understand the agreed client fees, retainers, scope of work etc and the agreed methodology for working with each client.
