Overview
We have been retained to recruit a Hire Fleet Co-Ordinator for our client based in Gloucester. To drive sales growth through the hire of the short-term hire fleet through building relationships with existing and potential customers. Being responsible for the hire enquiry through to vehicle delivery ensuring all administration is in order and compliance is achieved for both parties. Candidates will have a background in customer services and sales with experience within the fleet hire industry, both municipal vehicles and fleet. A full-clean driving licence is essential. Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities Promote the company service and maintain core values at all times Take vehicle hire orders from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and completion, including final recharge of all IT input and all associated administration Processing all paperwork relating to the vehicle hire and customer, ensuring compliance at all times Assist with the organisation of drivers to deliver vehicles from various locations Identify damage to off hired and in-service vehicles following the documented process, notifying customers regarding vehicle damage Responsible for daily and weekly reporting on vehicle hires Updating of Motor Insurance Database on a daily basis Assist in the production of customer hire invoicing
