Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conversion Team Member to join an award winning Law firm in Wilmslow, Cheshire. Due to the ongoing success of our Conversion Team within the Flight Delay Department, we are now ready to recruit our next Conversion Team Member. The Conversion Team is responsible for maximising the conversion of our extensive database of warm client leads to signed up claimants. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of succeeding in a high volume outbound call service environment using the very latest technologies, e.g. a dialer service or similar and experience of achieving related targets to ensure all opportunities are maximised The Conversion Team Member will be a direct report to the Conversion Team Manager.
