Free Employee Perk Scheme ? Employer Pension Salary-£19,000 ou will be working alongside the Store Leader, driving sales to hit KPIs whilst ensuring the store is compliant. You will be part of a dynamic and growing retail group of Managers, thriving in a targeted and challenging sales environment. ? You will be providing regular and appropriate levels of motivation to a sales driven team in order to increase sales and deliver Key Performance Indicators. ? You will have a presence on the Sales floor is essential in order to support your team and identify coaching opportunities, ensuring urgent issues are resolved and the team feel supported ? You will provide coaching support and guidance, in order for each staff member to maximise their sales opportunities ? Develop staff members to ensure each individual understands and achieves their full potential ? You will support the Store Manager in carrying out staff member’s monthly 121s, ensuring all agreed training and development needs are outlined and reviews planned ? You will undertake people management activities to support the Store Manager, including delivering return to work meetings, issuing Letters of Concern as an example. You will support the Store Manager in the delivery of induction and buddy support for new staff members ? You will be managing stock levels and ensuring stock checks are completed on a weekly basis ? You will engage with all key stakeholders within the business encouraging excellent communication within the sales team ? You will effectively use all back office systems to ensure timely communication of performance and maintain compliance. ou will provide support to the area team in line with business objectives and strategy, including special projects and ad hoc tasks HOST Role – You will greet customers, finding out what the customers is looking for and seeking the sales opportunity. You will deliver a professional pass over to your sales team with a prompt of a sale. Dipping into Sales – You will interact with your advisors and customers to support the advisor and add value to their sale through giving quality information or supporting with a sales pitch. Listening into Conversations – You will be the eyes and ears on your shop floor, ensuring you are aware of every sale opportunity and supporting in closing the deal on the day Coaching – You will coach your team weekly to assess their key sales behaviours and to build a development plan to grow your team to become better sales advisors. Building Deals – You will coach your team on how to build a multi deal to offer more than one product to a customer or deliver sales to multiple people in the same family or friend group.
