The role entails encouraging service users to live independently in their own homes by providing a wide range of care and support services for people with diverse backgrounds and needs. Each care user is unique, and have developed specific services tailored for each individual that we care for. _This role will be going from home to home visiting multiple service users throughout the day. _ YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
