They are recruiting full-time support workers to work as part of a team supporting older people in nursing homes. The position will be based in Kegworth. You will work with service users to enhance their life skills to enable them to live safely & independently. Key Duties Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents with person-centred care in all aspects of their daily living Create an atmosphere which will help stimulate their residents to lead as full a life as possible whilst promoting residents independence, dignity and choice at all times Work in line with Company policies and procedures Assist in maintaining care records that reflect current needs and preferences for each resident Ensure full and effective documentation and communication with all stakeholders For this position, you must have recent experience working in a similar environment Essential Recent experience in care You will be required to work on a shift pattern: Early 7.00 am to 2.15 pm Late 2.00 pm to 9.15 pm Night 9 pm to 7.00 am The mixture of shift and occasional weekends If you are passionate about delivering person-centred care and support to their residents they want to hear from you.
