You will join a friendly and supportive team with a fantastic, fun working atmosphere. The job As Production Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth day to day operation of the production area and effective organisation of the production team, making optimum use of time and resources to ensure the department meets targets. You will make sure all staff are aware of what is required, delegate tasks effectively, ensure safe operation of machinery plus coach, encourage and support new starters. Your experience We are seeking a good team player who has solid experience working in a packing or production role together with supervisory, line leader or team leader experience. You will have a hands-on, can-do work approach and can lead by example. A background of working in a food production environment is a distinct benefit. More details The Production Supervisor job is based in the Home Counties / East Anglia region and is paying c. £21,500 (paid at an hourly rate of £9.73). The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6.45am – 4.15pm. You may also be required to work up to 15 Saturday shifts per year during peak production periods.
