A market-leading, independent commercial property consultancy are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor to join their established, Cambridge based Building Consultancy team. The Role? The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will carry out the full spectrum of traditional building surveying services including schedules of dilapidations on behalf of the landlord, pre-acquisition surveys, due-diligence, development monitoring and projects up to £30m. As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you will receive structured APC support and work alongside a team of enthusiastic, passionate and like-minded surveyors and carry out an extremely diverse portfolio of projects. The Company? Operating UK wide throughout the wider commercial property sector, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will work alongside financial institutions, global investors and leading real estate providers and join a consultancy who place a huge emphasis on employee welfare and development. The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor?
