Overview
You will be leading in the strategic analysis of Council land acquiring sites for development. The Local Authority is currently undertaking a relocation project of a number of buildings and businesses, it will be your main priority to oversee this. Manage all leases and tenancy challenges. You will be RICS qualified as the role requires you to carry out surveys and valuations. You will need to have a very high level of experience of asset management within a Local Authority/Council setting.
