Commercial Property Manager job Leeds Yorkshire Surveying Practice Your new company This is an established property business with a variety of clients across the Yorkshire and wider region. They have successfully expanded and offer flexible hours to accommodate for childcare and traffic. They allow independence and can offer APC support. Your new role You will manage a varied commercial portfolio including retail, office and industrial units predominantly across Yorkshire. You will work as part of a team to maintain client relationships and effectively service the properties. You will undertake general landlord and tenant work, service charges and lease renewals, ensuring records are kept up to date. What you'll need to succeed You will have completed an RICS accredited commercial surveying degree and have a rounded background in property types. You do not have to be chartered but you will have begun your APC diary or have enough experience to hit the ground running in this busy team. You will have attention to detail and the ability to advise clients appropriately about works and areas to improve cost efficiency.
