Our client has a fantastic opportunity for dedicated, reliable and passionate individuals to join their stellar team in Bottisham, Cambridge as a Senior Care Assistant. Title: Senior Care Assistant Salary: £10.25 per hour Location: Bottisham, Cambridge Hours: Full time - 39 hours per week - Over 7 days As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an essential role in leading care and ancillary staff members in all aspects of our service to residents, including deputising for senior managers at times. You will support our client's residents to achieve the outcomes in their personalised care plan, improving their quality of life and building confidence and skills to enable independent living, whilst playing an active role in their communities. The Organisation: Our client is an award winning independent charity dedicated to providing outstanding care services to the over 55’s. The organisation has over 100 sites across the country ranging from nursing, residential and senior care villages. All possess specialised dementia care services to promote individuality and person centred care at all times. The Home: The home is set within attractive gardens on Downing Close in Bottisham, just outside of Cambridge. The location is a picturesque village, which ensures both quiet surroundings and a relaxed pace of life. The 55 bed facility provides for residential and dementia care but also runs day centre for residents and older people living in the surrounding villages to promote social interaction and inclusion.
