Overview
Copello are recruiting for an Engineering Services Co-ordinator to join a Defence business based in Fareham. Working closely with the Engineering team you will be responsible for coordinating Engineering activities and providing administrative support to the team including the Head of Engineering and the Technical Service Managers. Duties will include planning and coordinating Engineering change requests along with technical projects and assist with the planning and delivery of Engineering improvement projects. The role will involve contractual and financial monitoring and completing meeting minutes, progress reports and data to support Engineering governance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and to be part of some exciting projects. Suitable candidates will be experienced in an Engineering Administrative or Planning role ideally with some experience with Engineering projects. You will have ideally worked in a Technical environment and be confident in communicating with both the stakeholders and customers. The salary for this role is £35k to £45k with some flexible working, annual salary reviews, bonus and a contributory pension.
