Workshop / Works Manager Precision Engineering Environment Full Time Permanent Lee-on-Solent Pay circa £40,000 per annum dependant on experience plus overtime at higher rate where required Hours 39 Hours per week overtime (50 hours per week if desired) Day hours 7 - 7.30am start and 4 - 4.30pm finish time without overtime Monday - Friday Company Are you seeking a new challenge with a growing and desirable business in the precision engineering sector? Role Due to expansion within the business and particularly within the Workshop environment the a position has been created for a Workshop / Works Manager to join the team to oversee, co-ordinate and organise a team of approximately 10 CNC Millers and Turners. The successful candidate will have a background of CNC Milling experience and approach their work with a positive 'can do' attitude. Particular knowledge of using Heidenhain CNC Programming would be very advantageous as would experience of precision engineering to micron tolerances. You will be hard-working, punctual and always strive to get the job done within the required time-frames and to the exact specification first time, every time Progression within the business is possible for the right candidate.
