Architectural Technician/ Technologist Reference: KONOT84446R9IYG Location: Nottingham Salary: Competitive salary based on experience My client has an excellent opportunity for x3 Architectural Technicians/ Technologists to join their thriving team based in Nottingham. With this role you will work on a wide variety of Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, Educational, Leisure and Conservation projects. All projects are driven in Revit, so it is essential that you have some good working knowledge in the software. Any other software knowledge would be a benefit. With this role you must have a sufficient amount of UK based in practice experience complimented with exposure to projects of similar sectors listed above. (Both Mid to Senior levels will be considered). If you are enthusiastic and energetic, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you to gain an attritive salary, appealing company benefits and to take the next step in your career To work as an Architectural Technician/ Technologist you must: Have UK based experience working as an Architectural Technician/ Technologist. You will have good knowledge of Revit. Have sound knowledge of UK building regulations. You must be qualified to at least HNC/HND in a construction related subject or have a Degree in Architectural Technology or similar is preferred. Have excellent technical detailing skills shown throughout your work samples. Whilst working as an Architectural Technician/ Technologist you will: Be involved in the mentoring of less experienced staff if brought in as a Senior member. Support with the running of projects. Liaise with client and your design team whilst representing the practice. Meet deadlines to an excellent standard. Ensure deadlines are met to a high standard.
