Senior Architectural Technologist Reference: KONOTT43830230 Location: Nottingham Salary: Competitive based on experience I'm currently supporting a long-standing client of mine who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist with Revit proficiency to join their team With this role you will be supporting the Senior Associate across a variety of sectors, predominantly focussing on Educational projects. It is essential to have a proven track record of taking projects from feasibility right through the final stages of construction. You will be joining a friendly, sociable office where they will offer you the chance to work on a vast variety of projects covering the Conservation, Leisure, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial projects. Key skills and experience for this role: Work closely with the Senior Associate to develop design briefs and planning drawings Produce technical details, working drawings and tender packages Experience in producing Design Risk Registers Awareness of the UK statutory, building and planning regulations Experience using NBS Create for specification writing Working experience on RIBA stages 3-5 Good client facing experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage a small team and to be responsible for the day-to-day management of several different projects on site.
