X2 Permanent Recruitment Advisors £30,000-£35,000pa in Bridgwater for a private sector company Your new company A large successful private sector company in Bridgwater are looking for X2 Permanent Recruitment Advisors. Your new role You will be resourcing and recruiting roles in a fast-paced environment, covering management, professional and technical staff. You will ensure that good quality candidates are recruited. You will manage the end to end recruitment cycle, prioritising the needs of the business as well as shortlisting and leading interviews when needed. You will use a selection of sources to attract and retain candidates, through campaigns, job fairs, on-line advertisements etc What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced in-house recruiter, with excellent communication, administration and relationship building skills. You will have a working knowledge of recruitment legislation and initiatives, adhering to different compliance processes depending on the roles you are recruiting for. You will need excellent stakeholder management skills and previous project management would be desirable.
