They are family owned with a close-knit family feel. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their service and installation team in the South West. In return for your experience, they can offer you a rewarding career with ongoing training. Full product training will be provided. The Role of the Field Service Technician: Based in and around Bristol, Bath, Swindon, and Gloucester, you are field based, visiting a range of NHS Trusts, care homes, and private hospitals. You will be using existing skills; both electrical and mechanical. There will be installations of wireless nurse call systems, along with the maintenance, service, hardware/software updates, and audits of existing systems. You will also be providing training and support to customers. Prior experience on the equipment is not essential but previous field service experience is required. The Candidate for the Field Service Technician: The successful candidate will be a proven field service technician, looking to develop their skills and career further. Familiarity with nurse call systems, telecommunication systems, CCTV or similar would be very advantageous. Due to the nature of the environments you will be visiting, strong customer service skills, empathy, and patience will be required. Communications engineers from the Armed Forces are urged to apply. This is also a fantastic opportunity for broadband installations engineers.
