How you’ll make an impact… As part of our global CX team, the role deals directly in helping customers with their bank feeds and integrations into Xero. We provide prompt, helpful and easy-to-understand solutions to resolve customer issues. Most of these responses are by email, but when the situation calls for a human voice, your verbal skills will help. This will sound a lot like you… Excellent verbal and written communication Experience in delivering strong customer service Diligence and commitment to following through and resolving problems Initiative and ability to self-manage, along with flexibility Ability to build effective relationships A proven team player who pro-actively assists other team members Experience of working within a Bank would be highly desirable The role is accompanied by a salary of £22,000 - £26,000.
