Overview
LJ Workwear is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator at our office in the centre of Macclesfield. This position will play a vital role in the customer service and organisational strength of our company as we continue to grow. The Office Administrator will be a key member of the team providing administrative support internally, whilst being the first point of contact with customers and potential customers. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, Ideally (minimum) 2 years experience working in an office setting, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour. Previous telesales experience would be preferable but not essential. Responsibilities and duties: Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing live chat and preparing documents Communicate and update customers on order lead times and order issues Deal with suppliers Assist accounts with certain tasks, including invoicing Provide administrative support for warehouse team Taking and entering of orders onto relevant systems Assist in maintaining the Company website, writing descriptions for the products and ensuring it is up to date and accurate Update our Social Media and respond to messages Follow up inbound enquiries to secure orders as necessary
