Overview
Senior IT Manager – Wakefield, West Yorkshire – salary to £75,000 (dependent upon experience) Leading Professional Services organisation (M1 corridor) have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior IT Manager with operational management experience of development, test, service delivery, application development and infrastructure and with a thorough understanding of Agile methodology and ITIL practices. As a Senior IT Manager you will be responsible leading and managing a technical IT Services comprising of Service desk, Desktop, Testing, development, project managers, business analysts, infrastructure/networks, security and telephony delivering IT services and driving both the quality of service and bring improvements / new services to their business. You will provide ongoing IT strategy improving technology across the business whilst driving efficiency and increasing productivity via good working practices, service improvement plans and reducing cost without compromising the service proposition with new and existing external providers. This role offers a salary to £75,000, plus bonus and a great benefits package which includes:- free parking, 5% Pension contribution, Life Assurance, Health Care Cash plan, travel loans and cycle to work scheme.
