Following a 5 week training programme you could be part of an successful company who offer progression. YOU MUST PASS A DBS AND CREDIT CHECK BEFORE STARTING Duties; Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, E-mail, SMS and Chat Professional and helpful approach to customer service Building a rapport with all customers Maintain detailed knowledge of company’s/ clients products and services Skills; Experience in telephone environment answering calls would be ideal Excellent customer service skills Positive approach to learning Excellent communication skills Flexible and reliable Self-motivated Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
