Overview
This is a great opportunity to join an established and friendly Insurance & Financial Services organisation. The successful applicant will speak to the local community by offering all types of Financial Services including Home & Car Insurance Policies - Commercial Insurance & Pensions & Investments. This is an inbound Customer Service and Sales role, and some outbound - ( no cold calling ) cross-selling and up-selling various products, you also will have support from our clients' database and working in a team, helping with Renewals of Car Insurance, Home Insurance, Administration. Our client is established in the local area for many years. You will also be involved in day to day administrative duties and speak with Customers to offer our client's wide range of Financial Products. This role would also be suitable for someone who works within Personal Banking or Financial Services/Investments/Life Insurance & has experience in Cross & Upselling within these sectors. The successful candidate will also be trained onto Commercial Insurance. You will have a positive and friendly telephone manner in order to carry out any sales tasks and be very customer focused with an excellent telephone manner. This is a Monday to Friday position hours 9 - 5 pm. (This is not a call center environment).
