Overview
This successful fast-growing full-service research agency is looking for a market research data operations specialist with excellent people skills. Here you will be joining a world-class research company with a passion for improving customer experience through research and a better understanding of customer requirements. The purpose of the role is to advise clients on the best technical solutions for data collection and reporting of data for market research studies. Here you will: Act as the main technical consultant Offer Technical advice and support clients in the set up on projects including sample transfer, survey scripting, data processing and data outputs. Work with R&D to identify and evolve technical components for research solutions. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in market research operations, ideally with exposure to Survey Programming and Data Processing (Decipher and Confirmit) and sound knowledge of the project life cycle.
