We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer on an interim basis. The role is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT systems that are used to deliver Gateway Qualification's products and services. You will work within the IT team to support the business systems, responding to internal and external user support requests seeing them through to final resolution. As well as the day to day support, you will also take ownership and management of the IT systems maintenance and improvements. From time to time you may also need assist other members of the IT team in supporting the business. Previous 2nd or 3rd line experience supporting comprehensive Microsoft and cloud based IT systems as well as managing vendors and external developers is essential.
