Overview
Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a reputable organisation in Manor Royal Crawley who are currently in search of someone with Agent Desktop experience. The successful person will have a strong Admin background and will have had some exposure to the Agent Desktop system. NB: Only candidates with Agent Desktop experience will be considered Key duties: Call handling of demanding customers whilst reviewing their accounts Acquiring requirement and communication details from customers, internal and external stakeholders and suppliers Able to communicate clearly on calls and digital mediums with multiple departments Highlighting issues at hand clearly, at the earliest opportunity Using the instructions provided for a solution in a chronological order Very open to learn every day Should have a solution finding approach The role involves placing orders, raising queries within the company and problem solving.
