Overview
My client an extremely successful family run kitchen extension and loft conversion company are looking for an experienced Project Manager. The company have been delivering successful conversions across South West London for over 10 years. They offer a comprehensive service and take care of all aspects of the project from initial plans to full completion. The Project Manager is the main point of contact for clients and contractors for all assigned loft and extension projects and to ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget and client satisfaction is achieved. You must have experience in a similar position and be used to dealing with party wall agreements, building control and construction plans. You must be comfortable dealing with contractors also preparing any necessary risk assessments and any related insurance needs to the project. Knowledge of building control and liaising with them at key stages of the project is also extremely important in the smooth running and time scales of the project. You must be extremely organised, have extremely high standards and a track record of delivering similar projects of a high standard within given lead times and budget. You can expect a generous salary and achievable bonus.
