Overview

I am seeking a Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave for my client based in Chelmsford who are a global leader in specialised components for solutions in medical, science and industrial applications. Their products span from hospitals, to planes, ships and outer space. Duties • Maintaining and developing the current customer base, responding to all enquiries in a timely manner to encourage loyalty and repeat business • Keeping in contact with new and existing customers by following up with leads and proactively developing relationships with existing customers • Providing and negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions • Managing the CRM system • Ensuring the system is accurately maintained and up to date through forecast review cycles • Keeping track of new orders, assisting with corporate reporting requirements as required • Assisting the service delivery team with administration • Assisting with customer complaints to ensure they are resolved promptly Skills and Experience • Have the experience and ability of working in an internal sales and customer services role • Experience working within a team environment • Having the confidence to liaise with customers at all levels • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally • Strong problem solving capabilities • Excellent administration skills and good attention to detail • Customer and results oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and mind-set • Have the capability of representing the business at all levels in a polite and professional manner Employee Benefits • Life assurance (4x basic salary) • Childcare vouchers • Perks at Work • Cycle to work scheme • Free car parking on site • On site canteen • Discounted gym membership If you would like to find out more about working for this fantastic organisation then please get in touch ASAP You must be available to start immediately and have experience within a similar role.
