Your role As part of our growing Post Merger Integration team you will work closely with clients in order to help them deliver on their objectives through the M&A lifecycle. A critical part of this is dealing with the people challenges faced during the integration and separation process. Your responsibilities will include: Developing strong long-term client relationships and becoming recognised as a trusted business advisor Supporting the delivery of major integrations and separations including, but not limited to: scoping and planning, business case development, benefits and milestone tracking, stakeholder management and risk and issue management Supporting the client’s HR team through the integration and separation process, advising across the full spectrum of HR issues in an M&A environment Managing the HR integration or separation projects Ensuring deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate Forging strong relationships with project teams that will contribute to your growth and development Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Location: London or regional office, with frequent domestic and international travel Suggested work pattern: Permanent full-time Your professional experience Demonstrable experience in a corporate HR function or a professional services role supporting HR teams, e.g. employment law Experience of working on integrations and/or separations projects Evidence of team leadership and management ability Strong written and verbal communication skills for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams Client focused, ensuring high quality service Bachelor’s degree is preferred Your service line: Financial Advisory Advising clients in the moments that define their business takes multiple layers of expertise.
