Are you looking for a fixed term HR Administrator role? We currently have a temporary opportunity within the HR team at our site based in Crewe. Gist Ltd, are a leading UK supply chain company with a history that spans over 100 years. We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated person to join our friendly team who are looking to get fully involved and make a difference every day. You will be working within the Site's busy HR Department providing administrative support in a very generalist role. This is a short-term role with week by week extensions. Hours of work will be full time (37.5 hours) working Monday to Friday. Terms and Conditions: -Contracts of 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday -Hourly pay of £10.67, annual salary of £20,800 -28 days annual leave per annum for full time employment -Immediate start date available You will ensure that you: -Support the HR function by carrying out essential office duties: photocopying, scanning, mail merges -Assist in the recruitment of new employees throughout assessment and induction -Maintain electronic HR files -Provide accurate and timely HR management information as required -Type documents as requested The Candidate we are looking for will have: -The ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation -Focus and dedication to quality service at all times -Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise where needed in a fast moving, ever changing environment -The ability to work well within a team -Previous HR experience -Understanding of confidentiality requirements Where will Gist take you?
