Overview

HR Manager We are currently supporting a market leading business in Crewe to secure an experienced HR Manager who is available for a temporary role. You will help to drive and deliver the broader People Plan of projects and initiatives to help the business achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to managers on a wide range of people challenges and provide practical, scalable and sustainable solutions Support and lead on people projects & initiatives that impact the whole business Provide advice on the people implications of change, ensure changes to structure and ways of working are managed with care from a people and communications perspective. Support key people processes in your areas Look to continuously improve the quality and value of HR support being provided Provide day to day coaching and support to managers Handle escalated ER issues and ensure a consistent approach to ER is being taken across the business Required Experience Experienced HR Manager or Business Partner ideally from a fast-paced commercial business Strong HR project experience Demonstrable experience of impacting employee engagement, attrition and well-being Experienced at building relationships with and managing & challenging key stakeholders Experienced at leading, coaching and developing managers and team leaders Strong Employee Relations experience Good influencing skills and confident communicator The role comes with a salary of up to £45,000pa. This is a temporary role requiring a candidate who can start at short notice.
