Overview
SUPPORT WORKERS- Working for a large care provider who specialise in supporting Adults with varying degrees of Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health Needs, in suppoort living facilities. Promoting Independence and supporting the service users to lead a life that is as fulfilling as possible by enabling them to participate in social based activities and day to day tasks. About this role: A rewarding role, we are looking for Support Workers to provide personal care, shopping, and supporting the service users with varying degrees of Learning Disabilities, Physical disabilities and mental health needs Based in Guildford, you will be part of a team supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, phsyical disabilities, and mental health needs with compassionate, friendly care around the clock. Including Personal Care, shopping, going out of social activities. This is a rewarding position You will be caring and compassionate person, ideally someone who has worked in care previously or support work. Our clients will also consider candidates who are looking to change their career with the right attitude towards care and support work. Perhaps you have had experience of a family member with Learning Disabilties and you have had to help take care of them? Or perhaps you have had to take care of a family member with other Disabilities, or Illnesses and had to help provide them with care? Either way we would love to hear from you. Can Offer both Full-or Part-time positions, days or nights to suit your requirements. Shifts are as follows: Day Shifts: 9am to 9pm Sleep in Night Shift: 9pm to 9am Interviews are sson, and fast decisions are made.
