Overview
Scrub Nurse (Ophthalmic)- South East - £35 - £40k Linq Healthcare are recruiting a Scrub Nurse for a Private Eye Surgery based in Sussex and Surrey. The surgery are well known for high quality ophthalmic procedures, and attract patients from all over the world. They are family owned, and pride themselves on close relationships internally as well as with the patients that they work with. In this role your duties will include: Assisting with surgical care across all of the surgical phases. Preparing the operating room for the patient, setting up tools and equipment Working alongside surgeons and consultants to ensure the highest quality of surgery and aftercare To be consider, please have the following experience: Have some practical experience within ophthalmic surgery and a keen desire to learn Ability to work autonomously and be flexible when required Be committed to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage and reduce risk Be compassionate, resilient, and decided to empowering service users This role offers several benefits including: A 4 day working week (as surgical days are longer).
