Overview
Position: Home Manager Location: Wrexham Salary: up to £50k Days: 40 hours This care home is a 65 bedded purpose built Care Home providing care primarily to older people with a diagnosis of Dementia however we also offer care & support for individual`s with Schizophrenia, Parkinson`s and those requiring end of life care. They cater for a wide range of cultural groups including many South African and Indian cultures, and in particular for clients whose first language is Welsh, in addition to providing mainly for clients whose culture is British. My client is seeking an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic manager to take the helm at this first class service. You will be responsible for the running of the home and the co-ordination of a multi-disciplinary team of staff. Providing clinical expertise where needed. The Role: • Actively filling beds and selling the home • Recruitment and training of staff • Ensure CQC compliance & Improvement • Developing links with local authorities and other outside organisations • Deliver person centred care and oversee all safeguarding issues.
