Overview
Regional Operations Director - London - £100,000 Linq Healthcare are recruiting a Regional Operations Director for a specialist Hospital group. The organisation currently have 3 sites and will be looking to expand to 5 over the next 18 months, and have a particular focus on Child and Adolescent Mental Health. In this role your duties will include: Overseeing all operations and day-to-day management of all hospitals Management of 7 staff directly and 230 indirectly Implementing business processes and streamlining where appropriate Financial and business planing, P&L overview and analysis and business development Championing the companies culture and ethos To be considered, please have the following experience / requirements: Operational management of multiple sites Strong leadership skills with evidence of managing performance CAMHS experience is a benefit but not essential Ability to travel UK wide when necessary Benefits of the role include: £100,000 salary Joining the organisation at a pivotal stage of it's growth Full strategic input and autonomy to really make a difference where appropriate To be considered for this role or for more information call Mike McEvoy on 07811102392 or send your CV by following the link below or
