Overview
This is a really exciting new role to work for one of the region's most reputable organisations in the Newcastle area. As an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner you will manage a small team whilst working closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in ensuring that the service is aligned to the People Strategy. Leading the recruitment service deliery within your business area you will work closely with line managers and other key stakeholders to build an understanding of the recruitment demands. You will partner with HRBP's and L&DBP's on the overall talent agenda whilst applying best practice for a variety of vacancies ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. We're looking for you to have proven experience within a similar role, exceptional management skills and experience of leading recruitment campaigns in house within a commercial environment.
