We need to make sure that we continue to provide a great service to our clients and our insureds, and to help us achieve this we are look for a Claim Professional to join our team-based London on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a natural problem solver and great communicator. On a day to day basis you’ll be; Handling Non-marine claims from cradle to grave. (Such claims might include; property, property binders, power, renewable energy and construction lines of business. Processing and understanding of ECF transactions and London Market claims’ processing General claims handling duties - including; reserving, negotiation and settlement of claims Attending market meetings. Liaising with brokers, underwriters and internal stake holders. Handling Lloyd’s based work as well as work that comes through the Travelers stamp. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have front line interaction with our Insured clients and broker partners and be able to get fully hands on with claims. Reporting to the Property, Power & ASR Claims Manager, you’ll be working within a proactive and inclusive team of 5 other Claim Professionals, you will work closely with your peers to provide excellent customer service and achieve optimal claim solutions. You’ll have; Experience working within the Lloyd’s market Adaptability to deal with low level administrative tasks as well as more complex tasks You do not need to have experience dealing with all classes of business listed but experience in some is preferred.
