Professional Indemnity Claims Handler Bristol Do you have a background in Claims within PI? Are you a bright and engaging individual, looking for your next exciting and rewarding role? As a claims handler working in a vibrant and fun environment, you will act as the primary claims contact for all clients, ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively. Job role Provide claims advice to clients and guide through the process making sure they are regularly updated Gather the claim information and advise the client on the levels of cover available Produce claim reports and ensure all regulations are adhered to Build relationships with insurers and their panel suppliers to facilitate the negotiation and settlement of the claim Maintain high customer service by always putting the client first Person Specification Professional Indemnity Claims handling experience is essential CII Cert or willing to progress towards Benefits 25 days holiday bank Company pension Long term career progression Health insurance By applying for this role your details will be submitted to Redwood Search.
