Overview
Credit Control Supervisor Up to £35,000 Based in Dunstable Due to the relocation of a credit function, we are seeking an experienced credit control supervisor to support the credit manager with the day to day running of the function. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and develop under a highly experienced Credit Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of 6, handling all escalated queries and providing daily support. What is unique about this opportunity is the chance to work with a highly Credit Manager and put "your own stamp" on the department, as it is being relocated new processes & procedures need to be established. You will get involved in the recruitment of the team, help with the 1-2-1's and be support to the wider function. The daily responsibilities will involve the following duties: Ensuring the timely collection of receivables Being the main point of contact for all escalated queries for the team Cash allocations and bank reconciliations Ensuring all of the notes are entered onto the system Managing the teams KPI's and ensuring the team is kept motivated The successful Credit Control Supervisor will ideally have supervised a team previously and have experience in working in a fast paced and targets environment. You must also have a good understanding of Excel. This is a great opportunity to become the Credit Managers number two.
