Assisting in the Credit Control function Client Details My client are a global organisation in the FMCG industry looking for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join their fast-paced finance team With offices based in Dunstable, they are easily accessible and offer free parking. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has previous experience in Credit Control and looking to start a new challenge in a company that really invests into their employees. Description Duties for the Credit Controller in Dunstable; Chasing payments by phone and email, remaining professional at all times Chasing personal and corporate debt Negotiating payment terms with customers Carrying out credit checks where necessary Sending various letters chasing payments Threatening legal action when necessary Potentially being responsible for initiating court proceedings Holding client meetings to discuss outstanding debts Handling customer queries, liaising with the Accounts Receivables team Any ad-hoc duties required Profile The successful candidate for the Dunstable-based Credit Controller will: 3 years experience in a fast-paced Credit Control role Have experience working as part of a team Have excellent analytical skills Be confident communicating on the phone Be organised Ideally have used SAP CICM desirable but not essential Job Offer The successful candidate will receive a permanent position in a global organisation who really invest into their employees.
