Overview

This is a brand new role which will give you the autonomy and opportunity to really leave your mark and become an essential part of a growing team. Key Responsibilities : Reviewing and amending various third-party agreements (with supervision where appropriate) through to execution. Drafting and issuing contracts for our Clients and Candidates. Advising the business on risks within any contractual provisions reviewed. Conducting and supporting negotiations with clients to achieve the best position for the business. Amending changes into contracts. Research into and resolving of contract issues. Proof-reading all legal documentation and communications. Being aware and keeping us abreast of any legal changes that might affect us. Maintaining efficient, complete, auditable filing in line with department’s filing policies for all documentation and correspondence. Dealing promptly with any contractual queries and/ or requests from the business and internal support teams. Person Specification: Essential: Proven current experience of providing legal and commercial support to a complex and/or demanding client base Excellent knowledge of reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Desirable: Experience within the recruitment industry or other sales-orientated industry Experience of working in a busy role managing multiple matters simultaneously 'Get stuck in’ approach - take ownership of the role Quick learner with the ability to grasp wider impact/dependencies Resilient with strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail Confident and able to build credibility Strong time management/priority management skills Measured yet able to make quick decisions
