Overview
Job Title: Night Powder Coating Supervisor Reports to: Production Manager Hours: 35 hrs per week a reasonable amount of over time will be expected within this role Description Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a Powder Coating Supervisor for a large manufacturing company based in Knowsley. Production Supervisor will ensure that the department/section they are responsible for, maximises output in a safe and efficient manner. Employees under their supervision must be working to attain any Production targets and requirements outlined by the Production Manager and the site Head of Production. Production Supervisors are responsible for all other aspects of their department/section, namely material stocks, equipment, housekeeping and the safety of all employees. Duties ·Maximise Production output in the department ·Achieve required Production targets ·Continuously review Production method and put forward improvement suggestions ·Quality check products with the department ·Notify Production Manager and Quality department of any Non-Conforming finished product ·Notify Production Manager and Quality Department of any Non-Confirming raw materials ·Review staffing levels and performance daily ·Liaise with Production Manager on staffing levels ·Control and record powder usage ·Accident reporting ·Maintain all equipment and fixtures ·Ensure department/section adheres to Company Housekeeping expectations ·Meet all agreed KPIs ·Work within the Company Guidelines ·Ensure all appropriate PPE is worn when required ·Follow/ adhere to any reasonable requests given from Management 28 Days holiday plus bank holidays £15.39ph, over time paid at enhanced rate If you are interested please apply or call Antony at Proactive Personnel Manchester
