We are members of Apsco and the Virgin Fast Track 100. We have an opportunity for a senior health & social care consultant to join us. Role We have already started to secure new accounts to kick start the new office. You will be targeting new business to supply them with experienced Healthcare Workers into Establishments, Social Care, Charities, Learning Disability and Mental Health organisations. You will be competent in new business generation and be required to ensure all company and legal policies are strictly adhered to. You will be responsible for: Building a desk and a team, This role will suit a highly ambitious person who has confidence in their ability to perform. This is essentially running your own business with the backing of a hugely successful recruitment company. Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice Reporting to the managing director on various activity to achieve monthly/weekly KPIs Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs Ensuring your client's recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways Keeping up to date with current market trends within the healthcare industry The ideal Candidate will have: Have had a minimum 2 years experience as a Branch Manager from within the Healthcare Recruitment Industry (other Recruitment Sectors will be considered) Have a track record of improving branch efficiencies and profitability Have effective management skills with a proven portfolio of improving Consultants skill sets Have very accurate administration skills to ensure the Care Quality Commission Standards are fully implemented A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles Experience in working in a compliance heavy role Working with tight deadlines Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels The ability to work under pressure What we looking for in our consultants?
