SEND Youth Worker/Behaviour Mentor SEND Education Greenwich, South East London Full-time, ASAP start Daily pay £70 - £80 depending on experience Empowering Learning is seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers/Mentors to work in SEND educational settings across South East London, Greenwich. Our schools are looking for Youth Workers/Mentors that have experience in coaching, mentoring, and lending assistance in classroom settings. Ideal candidates must feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour from students with a range of additional SEND and be able to show a calm and engaging approach. Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential, but a willingness to learn new coaching skills to improve behaviour and development is critical.
