Overview

Head of Housing PFI contracts job in London paying £62.5K full time permanent Your new company My client is a leading property management organisation who manage properties on behalf of local authorities. They lead in mixed tenure housing management and deliver tailored solutions to over 20,000 affordable and market homes Your new role You will provide strategic management and leadership to the PFI housing contracts ensuring that all contractual requirements are met. You will also raise standards and satisfaction levels to the highest levels and ensure the PFI contracts demonstrate the best practice possible with innovation. Leading the way in housing and estate services nationally will be paramount in your success to achieve the best reputation in the industry. You will ensure the PFI contracts reflect the true financial position of the organisation at all times. You will also be responsible for all tenancy and leasehold management within the contracts, this will include managing multiple projects. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in managing PFI contracts within housing in the past and also have expeirence in leading multiple teams in a high performance driven environment. You will be financially able to manage financial profit centres and provide a proactive approach in all situations. You will ideally be a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing or other related professional body. You will have experience of client management and partnership working and have an understanding of the issues driving resident satisfaction.
